Our Personalized 3D Modeling Service is a fully custom design process. Every order is created individually and processed in the order it is received to ensure the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Production Time

The estimated production time is 20–30 days, depending on the complexity of your design and our current production schedule.

The customization process includes:

• Creating your personalized 3D model
• Sending rendered images of the design for your review and approval
• Making revisions based on your feedback (if needed)
• Producing a high-precision resin prototype
• Manufacturing the final 316L medical-grade stainless steel collar
• Final polishing, quality inspection, and packaging

Because each design requires customer approval before moving to the next stage, the overall production process takes longer than standard products.
